Man I really miss everyone from the convention. I am exhausted from all the work for this move, and me being the control freak that I am things aren't exactly going laissez faire.
I'm just sittin here all bummed out and thought I'd let everyone know how much I really miss you guys.
Wish the weekend could have gone forever.

I miss everyone in my bedroom at night 
Even my bunny don't help ! 
Buddy said I been working him like a old work horse since I came home. I think its cause wile I work and keep busy. I keep my mind off things. Let me stop and sit down I will just bust out laughing thinking about the convention. Buddy thinks I have gone nuts when I do that LOL!
Each convention is special and each one gets better. You guys ROCK!!!
I got to go back to work now before I cry !

2003 OUCH CONVENTION was an experience like no other... it took a horrible incurable pain... a beautiful setting and a bunch of people that will never forget each other... that sums it up for me... I feel the same way... Next time we need chips and salsa.............ree

You know what else happened at the convention that I want to share with you all... I fell in love with my husband all over again. I forgot what it was like to spend time with him alone away from my kids, and our stressful life with my mom in law becoming another added responsibility. The house the bills. It was the grandest escape... I have OUCH to thank for that. We drove 6 hours without even the radio on. We talked and talked and there were even a few stories that I didnt hear over the past 15 years. We held hands, and laughed and shared new friends together. You can depend on our being at the convention as long as it is within our means. $$$ and God willing the stress of regular life doesnt kill us first...
For those of you that are getting into the daily hectic habits of married life, plan to go to the convention next year and bring your supporter... Fall in love, again.

That convention must have been something extra special cause I have heard of a few people bumming out after having to leave each other. Hopefully, you'll all keep in touch and keep that loving thing going. It's way cool.

Mast......I'm so glad you're not mad at me for making fun of you......ALL THE TIME. You were never funnier than when JoeP got to the porch (again) and you said, the hell with the computer....I got to hear him, and logged out to go sit down and double over in laughter at him, as we were all doing.
Roxy..The one thing that sticks in my mind is the story re: Fuck the sterility of the needles. You had dropped the needle and the dog picked it up in his mouth and you calmly took it out and shot up anyway. Lady? That one is a classic. Even IF LORI would cringe. lmao
Elaine...NO one can tell a story like you. Straight faced and everything. With that Southern drawl of yours you crack everyone up. I especially like the phrases you use.....like "He's purtier than a dog in heat"

I've been in with alot of big groups of people in my life.....with new and old groups and still doin it.....but I "never" been with a group of people where I knew NO ONE that made me feel THAT CLOSE the second I met em ALL....'ever'.....like that at the convention !! All were realtively new to me cept readin posts and a few PM's back and forth the past year. It still amazes me how everyone felt so special rite away.....I think my freinds here are gettin tired of hearin bout it...ha-ha-ha ! There's was alot of good vibes in a halo around that cabin porch that weekend. Pam that misses everyone even tho I am new to ya'll.......Brad misses ya'll too
