Sphenopalatine Block

Had the procedure last Thursday. Didn't really notice any difference until Sunday morning. My 2am and 6am hits went down to just 6am. Now its Tuesday and I have just slept through the night. Not sure if I am just reaching the end of my episode (4 weeks) or if the block helped it to end. Either way, hopefully I have another 5 years before I have to worry about it again. Good luck to everyone.
