Any kind of heat makes my pain worse... and most Kip-10 attacks make me sweat buckets. I prefer to put my head in the freezer or lay almost naked on the cold linoleum kitchen floor with the AC on and ceiling fans running.

I might try that. I have always had a problem with any kind of heat... can't even stand to mow the lawn or do anything outside in the summer (I live in southern California)... anything over 80 degrees and I sweat very profusely. I loved living in Alaska for the year that I was there. I plan to move back there as soon as I win the lottery.
