I guess we've narrowed it down to a clinical treatment question/issue that directly impacts the U.S.A
I will suggest something involving the future of the two implant treatments now being investigated and trialed.

Just don't go too deep with Hypotalamus direct stimulation. Is not (absolutely NOT) a "wide" cure for CH.
I would agree on any indirect (less ....deep and invasive) stimulation (no pun intended ...  ) that can be used from a large number of CHers. This could be a good target!
