I guess we've narrowed it down to a clinical treatment question/issue that directly impacts the U.S.A
 
I will suggest something involving the future of the two implant treatments now being investigated and trialed.

Agree Don.
Just don't go too deep with Hypotalamus direct stimulation. Is not (absolutely NOT) a "wide" cure for CH.
 
I would agree on any indirect (less ....deep and invasive) stimulation (no pun intended ...  Grin ) that can be used from a large number of CHers. This could be a good target!
