I need computer help

I am trying to post a chart that I made in MS Excel. I have tried copy and pasting...didn't work. I tried pasting into a word document and then copy pasting into here...didn't work.
Anyone know how to do this or have any suggestions?

Do you have a website?
Put it up there then copy and paste the properties here using either the image or the URL.
If you have no website email it to someone who does to put it up for you.
