This one is tough. I hate you.   Roll Eyes I can only aswer a few.

Colleges: Kristofferson when to something like Harvard or Oxford I think. Have zero idea about the others

Watches: Ten past ten
Maggio: Sinatra
Cornet Player: I know but can't remember the name. He overdosed, I think. Damn!
Equation: Something like Energy equals mass times the square of the speed of light (fission I guess)
South St. sounds like Chicago.
South of Mission: SF?
South of Houston is NY (SoHo)
Stardust is Hoagy Carmichael

The rest would be poor guesses.

Just one-E=MC2 is Einstien's theory of relativity
E-Energy = M-mass times Change squared

2nd guess-and the "c," stands for the speed of light

Hey Gene,

This is TOO hard.  I only know a couple...

Regis Philben went to Notre Dame.
Cannot remember where Tommy Lee Jones went to college, but he was Al Gore's roommate....so maybe University of Tennessee???  Just guessing.
Mike Tyson didn't even make it out of High School let alone go to College (actually when he talks, sounds like he didn't make it past 3rd grade).

South of Mission?? I live here and I've never heard of that area in SF, but I do know of South of Market in SF also known as SOMA.  Is that what you're referring to?

Ok, don't know any others... Undecided

Apparently Trivia 2 sucks!!

I think these questions up, with the idea that alot of people will know the answers but have them "on the tip of their tongue" If that fails it's a bad test. I'm also wrong sometimes:

1. Where did they go to college?
a. Regis Philben? Notre Dame
he talks about it constantly
b.Tommy Lee Jones? Harvard/ Al gores roomate
c. Kris kristofferson? Yale/oxford
d. Miles Davis? (tough/ Jazz lovers only have a shot at this one) Juilliard
e. Mike Tyson? Bed Stuy projects University (no)

2. At what time of day, are most watches set, in magazine ads? 10:10

3. More " From Here to Eternity"? Who Played?
a. The prison (brig) Sergeant/ Boss? Ernest Borgnine
b. the cornet playing boxer? Montgomery Clift
c. Maggio? Sinatra// the famous role that inspired the "godfather, scenes resulting in the horse losin it's head"

4. E=MC2?? What is this, and what do the letters stand for? (be specific, please) Theory of Relativity Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared

5. What city?
a. South of the boulevard?  LA Ventura Blvd. I saw it mentioned in a pst this week.
b. South Street? Where do all the hippies meet? Philly
c. Southie  "someone from South Boston
d.South Shore?  I got alot of heat for this one at work/ but I was thinkink Lake Tahoe
e. South of Mission?  I guess it is South of mrket/ Duh!! Sorry!! San Francisco
f. South of Houston? Soho NY

6. Spartacus Questions?
a. Director?  Kubrick
b.Screenplay? Dalton trumbo
c. Spartacus' sidekick/ musician/poet (Actor?)  Tony Curtis
d. SPartacus slave wife? (fox!!) Something Leigh// Janet Leigh?

7. Who wrote?

Frank Sinatra

4. E=MC2?? What is this, and what do the letters stand for? (be specific, please)
Energy converts to matter and vice versa.  C2 is the speed of light squared...(making the mass very tiny for the energy. btw)

6. Spartacus Questions?
a. Director?
Stanley Kubrick
b.Screenplay? Dalton Trumbo
c. Spartacus' sidekick/ musician/poet (Actor?)
Peter Ustinov
d. Spartacus slave wife? (fox!!)
Jean Simmons

Night and Day was written by Cole Porter and done up well by U2.

Spartacus

Isn't that the one where old Larry Olivier got in trouble because there were homosexual overtones in his feelings about Tony Curtis (something about preferring snails??) and Hollywood thought this was obscene?

Or have I got the wrong Roman film?

I think it was a Roman bath or pool scene. Of course homosexualty and phallic stuff was big in Rome. It was a big deal art form there but you never see the latter of course.
