A small request if possible 4 the Convention

I will be taking exclusive photos for the Ouch newsletter. I have a great camera and all, but its not digital. Since time is of the essence, as far as developing and getting the photos back to the editor, and so is cost, I am looking to borrow a digital camera during that time.
If anyone who is going to the convention would be willing to offer to lend it for this purpose, it would make things much simpler.
I feel like I'm still living in the stoneage with my 35mm but I do love it.
zoom, zoom, zoom... 
Well, just thought it might not hurt to ask.... 
P.s. Almost forgot...
I will be out of pocket next Wed. through Sunday... no computer access. I'm taking a break from my boring LIFE. I'd love to hear back sooner than Tuesday night. I gotta lotta nerve huh...
