Well I have upped my dose of verapamil to 720.
I am holding my eyeballs in my hand and wondering how I am going to get them back in their sockets. I have just gotten off the loo and have been praying to the "poo fairy" for 45 minutes.
Just thought I would share that with you all!

I usually have the same prob. Sets in around the 480 mark.
Doc Robinson, in Vancouver, said they could prescribe some industrial strength drain cleaner to go with the verap. That or grease up the garden hose!

I am sucking the life out of an extra long straw that's going from my mouth into the bath tub, which is full of prune juice, red peppers, vitiman C, coffee and bad shrimps.
I don't want to go into surgery to have this cork removed. ;D

I think I drank 2 bottles of magnesium citrate(??) when I got plugged last year. I was cleared in 45 minutes! The only thing that ever felt better in my life was a girl named....

I didn't have that problem, cause here in the south we eat things that cleans out our systems. In the morning egg, bacon and grits with chopped up tomatoes with bacon greese a inche thick poured on top. Hmmmm
Then at least three times a week, Collards cooked in fatback, served with lots of hot sause on them along with black eyes or butter beans, some corn bread with butter milk.
Your from the south why aren't you eatting that stuff ????

Poor you. The poo fairy fucked off on holiday when I was pregnant, it got bloody painful after a few days. Got given this wonderful stuff called Lactulose over here. Life was great again.
Better than the laxative as it made my whole system work again, rather than just 'clearing the back log' as it were.
Oh lovely to talk about bottoms!

I'm at 720/day and never had any problem in that department. You might want to try drinking one of those energy drinks... I drink one every morning and like clockwork, the poo fairy comes knockin about 15 minutes later. Just a thought. The one I drink is Adrenaline from Sobe. Can't hurt to try.
