The scoop on Oct.11th weekend in Fla.

EBYC doesn't have an answer for us yet, so rather than wait for maybe bad news, I've talked to Castaways.....
They have two 2 brs. available from 3 nights to a week, and a couple of 2br's available for a week(only). There's also a one br. for 3 nights to a week.
They require a $200.00 deposit on each unit within two weeks to hold them for us. They need me to call them informing them that we want the hold first so that they don't rent them to someone else.
The units have a double bed, twins and a sleeper sofa, so 4 or 5 could easily share one unit. They have two baths. There's one 1 br. available for 3 nights to a week also.
They rent for the 3 night minimum at $97.00 per night or $674 for the week. This place is nicely furnished and has outdoor grills, a pool with self-bar and very tropical atmosphere. It is right next to the Englewood beach on the Gulf. Also within walking distance to a couple of very good restaurants, great seafood & steaks, and the Tiki Bar with its' Island Music (and food).
There's the Veranda Inn of Englewood (not on the internet) 2 miles from the beach also. Right now, they have many availabilities.
Let me know ASAP about holding these units for Oct. 10th or 11th, 12th & 13th, or a whole week.
If you will need a ride from the airport (preferably Sarasota), let me know.
