profile error message

Every time i try to change my profile it tells me that my email address (chrismo@attbi.com) is already logged on. WTF! of course its logged on, its me! and i want to change my profile! any suggestions anyone?

Just click on the profile button at the top and change it.... are you trying to change your email address..??? or something else....does this message come up as soon as you click on profile...if yes...then sorry I haven't got a clue.
