A couple of us are talking about a meet and greet for Four Corners/ Rocky Mountain states (and of course....anyone who may want to join us). Who's interested?

Hi ya, Nani! Wow... that sounds like tons of fun! When were you thinking about having it? By the way... I can't even begin to find the words to express how much being at the Convention meant to me. Thanks for being so friendly and welcoming. My husband had a great time, as well. Katy

Hi Katy... We've only just begun talking about it. We thought Durango, Colorado might be a reasonably central location. It is beautiful up there, and cool. LOL Let's see who else is interested and we can go forward from there. I miss you....

Such enthusiasm......getting together to meet each other is the best medicine ever. Sometimes the only way to reach other sufferers is via local meet & greets. The friendships born from these meets are everlasting. It's tough to suffer......but that load seems a bit lighter when you know that you're not alone. Putting a face to a name is indescribeable. Convention is great, but not all folks can get away.....a meet & greet is the perfect way to meet others who suffer without having to board a plane, or emptying your wallet. Good job, Nani.....and it was certainly my pleasure to meet you at convention. Much love.....and PF vibes, Jean

| Dunno if I could come, but Durango is a beautiful place. I spent a week there snow skiing a few years ago. Hell of an airport to fly in and out of....kinda like landing in punch bowl.

Nani, when are you thinking of doing this? Dave and I would love to be there if we possibly could. We haven't made it to a convention together since Vancouver. I really want to meet some of these people and possibly reconnect with others. Annette Emond

WhooHoo!!! I think I would be most honored to meet you and Dave. I'm getting a feel for how many are interested, then will start planning. Early Fall sounds good. Before snow storms and after Bubonic Plague season is over. I know there's a few folks in Arizona...a few more in NM, at least one in Utah ... Come on folks!!

Cool Paul...of course you'll have to pull Chickabiddy out of arms before you can take her 4-wheeling. OK...we're thinking the weekend of Oct 15th I'm going to call around to a few hotels and see what info I can get. Ahem...I know there are more of you out there... waiting...waiting....

That would be very cool, BB. Kim, we're thinking the weekend of Oct 15th. It's a low in hotel rates, and the weather should be great. I'll keep posting info here. I hope you can come, too!!

I've looked at some motels and like the Best Western Mountain View (link below...look at menu, then Best Western). The rates go down after 10/17... from $99. to $64. They don't have an atrium, but the lobby is sort of private and they have an indoor pool area. I can change to the weekend of 10/22 to save $60. What do you guys think? http://www.durangohotel.com/ I'm getting excited!
