I'm an upstater still. You a girl? Met someone name Georgia once on the Spade Cooley message board. That you by any chance? We talked about bagpipes. Got any pictures of your husband? I'm not really interested though but I'd really enjoy looking at some. Betcha he's real interesting and likes all kinds of stuff I like. You never know. Tell me more about him so when I see his pictures, I'll have an idea what he's like. Oh. send me your scan if you want. Charles

Jean - Wow!! You are so close! I was thinking once I found some interested people, I could find a central location to for us to meet at. One hour away from Montgomery in what direction? If you don't want to disclose your exact location on here, I understand. Feel free to email or IM me and let me know. I really hope we can get a few of us together sometime soon. And let me know next time you come to visit your brother. Maybe we can get together then too! My phone number is: 936-597-4801 (although it is often busy). You can also try my cell: 936-537-0452 Hope to hear from you soon.

Oh the heck with Tom Bodet - I got a "blow up" thingy (electric) that works for a bed (beats a sleeping bag) - the light's on - But you fix YOUR OWN Breakfast. Motel 6 it ain't..... LOL! Lookin' forward to meeting you. Now Den on the other hand is a Total Experience... Not a Bad experience - but an experience. The first time I ever saw him - he walked into the hotel - jumped up on a table and attacked Jonny. It took a minute or two to figure out that they were just saying "hello". The other people in the "bar" (a family reunion - good Christian people) will NEVER be the same! Give your son a hug for us and tell him to get better soon - mom has things to do and people to see..... Hugs BD

Hi gang, I'm back from FL and totally enthused about getting together with TEXANS now. They had a great get-together and got their chapter going. Donna had it together. Let's start talking serious now. Questions? What are do we want to encompass? My thinking was to draw a circle with about a 200 mile radius and meet somewhere in the middle of it. How does that sound to you guys? I've been on the "Where Do We Live" page and there are a bunch of us between Texarkana - Dallas - Houston - Shreveport - Broken Bow and a few places I'm not sure of. Some of the towns I never heard of (and I'm sure EVERYONE has heard of Gladewater LOL!) See what I mean? So here's a PLAN (if you don't like it just say so) Jean you were coming down - come on - we'll take off and go up and meet Donna D (she doesn't live that far from me and we can put some miles on my new pick 'um up truck) and get a strategy worked out to get hold of everyone else. Anyone else want to jump in - let us know and we'll work out a time and place for a meet and plan session. Ya'll start putting your "thinking caps" on and come up with what you want, when you want it, where you want to do it and what you think we should do to get it rolling and we'll brain storm when we get together. How does that sound? Hugs BD
