Can they be taken together? Melatonin worked great in my last cycle, but I may want to try the Kudzu next time around.

Anybody know?

From what I have gathered here, there have been some who've had some success with both.  I'm sure they'll be along to give their experiences.

Good luck!

Well I am trying both of them right now.  I've had little or no luck with melatonin by itself(9mg per night) so I am adding kudzu to the mix(200mg every 6 hrs).  It may be helping, but it has only been three days so I don't really want to say yea' or nay yet.  I'll keep you updated.  But I can say that so far, I have seen no unpleasent side effects.  We'll see. Huh

It's been 5 days now and I don't want to jump on the Kudzu bandwagon just yet, but I do have some interesting possible results.  My daytime hits have all but stopped.  I had a k1 yesterday, but that wasn't a problem.  And the overall number and severity of hits has dropped from 6 or 7 a day to 3 or four.  I'm still getting hit at night, but those too have fallen off in severity.  Coincidence?.............too early for me to say, but when it comes to these things, I'm the eternal pesamist.  Huh

That's good news gobby!  Grin
Jose, many of us used kudzu and melatonin at the same time with no ill effects.
