Thanks Bob. That really looks like it could be quite helpful. I'm currently taking a health policy course, and the topic of my legislative letter is regarding current insurance policy, specifically dealing with HMOs and some fundamental problems, leaving people in health care crises. May need to get ahold of that guide before I write my letter! Carrie
