In addition to the the threads on the subject on the site, take a moment to look at this site put up by "floridian", one of the CH-world's leading providers of information. http://www.med-owl.com/clusterheadaches/tiki-index.php?page=Kudzu This is a great summary of info found so far. scott

Rob, As far as dosage go with what the bottle recommends or less. It also depends on the brand. A lot of us use "Nature's Way" three times a day (with meals). An important point is consistency in habits and when you take the "Zu. As far as interaction, it seems that kudzu interferes with the action of Imitrex but this interaction is short lived (2-4 hours) Read all the kudzu related threads, they are plenty informative and use your judgement. If you are one of the ones that respond well to kudzu, you'll see an improvement in a few days (rad the threads) and you won't need Imitrex anymore. Try to avoid using it and instead use O2 and/or RedBull as an abortive. Once again use your judgement and read the threads. Ozzy
