Any kudzu users have a relapse?

I have been using kudzu almost 2 weeks, and having shadows, CH signs in the middle of the night at around 10am and 3pm, some of my predictable times for CH.

Kudzu was like a miracle potion, absolutely remarkable, until the past couple days.  The only thing that I have changed, is not working out, because we got busy with flood prevention and some punk neighbor kids terrorizing us (maybe stress??), and I just didn't fit it in.

Tomorrow, I am going to make sure I get that aerobic/treadmill time in, and see if it makes a difference.

I am not sure which is coming first, the no sleep because of the shadows, or I was just not getting sleep, and then triggered something.  This is similar to how I was feeling just a couple days after going on it, and I just kept getting better.  I am wondering if, since it has some anti-oxidant-like properties, if my stress is "using it up,"   since I have heard when you are under stress, anti oxidants get used up faster than normal.

I am at a loss, I don't want this $hit to start again!  Cry

Increase the kudzu (I think you have room to do so). Remember, it takes a while to get the right dose/timing combo figured out. I'm chronic, so even when kudzu was working for me, I had shadows now and then. I'm suffering some again, but I think it's because I got cocky and tried to taper off.
Patience...and consistency.  Smiley

When I'm stressed, CH stays away.

I've been on the Kudzu since Feb 24th.   the first couple weeks were tough.   I had no shadows....I had full blown Kip 10's.    I was determined to stick with it, and have managed to not miss a dose.

I have been pain free for 8 or 10 weeks, I think.    I have not attempted to taper off, and am still taking the recommended dosage.

Hope things get better....and try to remember to take the Kudzu every day....and try to take it about the same time each day.

This has worked for me....it's the best thing going as far as I'm concerned.

Good luck.....PF vibes,

Jean

From reading the posts over the last couple months, consistency does seem critical to effectiveness. Folks that have gotten hits (outside of those who saw no effectiveness whatsoever) seemed to have gotten hits after missing doses or stress or sleep deprivation issues. Get a schedule and stick to it and remind yourself how important that schedule is to you.

Yup,

Consistency, consistency, consistency. Last few nights I have gotten  less sleep than usual for various reasons.

Yesterday I began to have very heavy shadows. One Red Bull later and I was all good. Keep trying you're doing great!

I cannot EVER explain how much every ones' help has meant to me.  I was truly in hell for most of this year, and just knowing someone is there is GREAT, and then to see me through touch times and just cheer me on.

My husband wonders why he walks by the computer and I am bawling.  As my son would say, "Those are happy tears, Mama."

I DESERVE PAIN FREE DAYS!   I know I often don't make my issues a priority, ie: ME getting sleep, ME exercising.  I have noticed a difference already today, getting regular with the kudzu...I added a dose half way in the middle yesterday, and was consistent the other two times.  Thanks again all!!!

What can I say, many moons ago when I found this place I too was desperate. I found great support and just knowing other were going through the same pain I was, made me realize I was not alone.

Many treatments of different kinds later and I have found something that consistently works for me. It's my way of "paying it forward.."
