Well, been on kudzu for a week with great success. My husband was asking me if it was speed or something since I was cleaning up the yard and house like a maniac! He just doesn't get it, that the pain has stolen my life for the past 5 months. God help and bless all you chronics....I pray for you everynight when I lie down, PF or not, but I especially think of you when I am pain free. ABOUT THE CALCIUM, I am sort of confused about what I am reading. I read in my resource, calcium is actually a component of kudzu. There's conflicting info though...in the CH link I was providedalso read, it depletes calcium in post menopausal rats. Well, I am not a rat, but I am post menopausal. I am wondering if I should up my calcium intake, or not worry about it short term. Also, I am not a rat... I am in no position to wean off of the stuff right now, this is my month for them, and I am enjoying the PF days working my a$$ off in the yard (mmm, why is it still back there?) and digging drainage ditches before the hurricane comes ! PF days Love, T
