Kudzu dosage/label difference

I have 150 mg root extract, but what's that other 165/root about? If I stepped up the dosage, that would be going over the recommended amount. 150 mg is what is says on the front of the bottle. I would like it take it again, but I am going to wait until 2pm for my second dose. I have to also realize, I am probably having caffiene withdrawl from NO caffiene in my body from the OTC. I am really screwing with the beast today, and he's angry.....

I don't know about your brand, T. I do know that others who take Nature's Way can take up to 6 - 613mg tablets a day. That's 3678 mgs. My brand says 750mg, but it has other herbs in it. If you're already seeing a difference in CH activity, it will likely work for you. Hang tough, nani

I have soloray, and it says on the FRONT 150 mg, but on the back it says 150 mg extracted AND 165 root. If anyone has taken the other brand, can you tell me if it has the same thing on contents? It really did help, but that was 3pm. I would like to take it again before bed
