Do any Vitamins help?

Does anyone have any information about if Vitamins help to ease or prevent any Ch’s?
Are there any Vitamins that someone with CH should be taking?
I was just wondering, I have seen some bits and pieces, but I have not really seen anything about it making a difference, even if it would help to ease things, it would be well worth it.

Well, magnesium helped me in the beginning with ch. But just a bit. Ever since I've just kept taking magnesium anyway...

I was in the hospital for a DHE treatment and my neuro ran me on magnesium too. But I don't take it daily.
