Allen, the brand that I buy says the shelf life is about 3 years. I'm not sure about the other brands, though. I use Planetary Formulas Kudzu Recovery. I think it's safe to buy and hold on to. Allow me to be a nag for a moment and ask if you've read all the kudzu info. The best info is on Flo's site. The tester experiences are on the threads here.

Good luck and I hope you never need it. PF wishes, nani

I bought a bottle of Nature's Way kudzu recently.  The bottom of the bottle has an expiration date - it is hard to read, but I think it is January 2008.  That puts it in line with Nani's estimate of 3 years.

If kept cool and dry, it might even be good for longer - my guess is that they put the same shelf life on lots of products, unless there is info that it doesn't last so long.  Isoflavones (the active ingredients) are fairly stable AFAIK.
