This is what has helped me (as I have recently posted).  
I have found some sites in relation to the subject, which I hope will be of some interest to someone.  I cant believe how much better I feel since having the needles - my head feels much clearer, and I dont have those warning signs and shadows happening all the time.  I can actually turn my head to the right (never could for years) and have no pain in my neck.
