I know I know, I could read all the Kudzu posts but Im very busy and need quick answers, so bare with me. For those of you that had kudzu work, I have a couple of questions. Where did you get your kudzu (looking for a good online place)? What was/is your dosage? How long does kudzu last before going bad? Im not in a cycle yet but I need to start thinking about getting some so I can be prepared. Im due for one at anytime. Thanks alot guys. You all are the best . PF wishes to all.

I take Nature's Way 613 mg. I order it online from www.iherb.com. It's alot cheaper to buy online than at a local vitamin store. At iherb, you can pay with a credit card, check, or paypal. They deliver super fast. They give a discount...and no shipping charges if you spend a certain amount. I take 2 capsules....3 x's a day. This has worked well for me. However, not sure what other meds you are taking....you might want to check for interactions w/other meds. I have been off all triptans and take nothing other than the Kudzu, B-50 Complex, multivitamin, and CoQ10 each day. Good luck....hope your cycle decides to skip ya this time. Jean

I use Planetary formulas Kudzu Recovery. I got my last order from iherb.com I just found out if we link to vitacost.com from Flo's page, he gets a little cut, which helps him pay for the site. The links were down yesterday, I'm going to keep trying. Look here: (scroll down the page for the links) http://med-owl.com/clusterheadaches/tiki-index.php?page=Kudzu

Thanks for your input. I appreciate it. I'm going to try being med free and just use the kudzu. All the meds seem to do to me is make me feel like shit and I still get the damn headaches. I can almost deal with the headaches better if I just tough my way through it with a sore but clear head. Going to try all natural this next time around. Can't hurt to try. I'd eat dirt if it would help. PF wishes to all, Allen
