http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2005/02/050201192443.htm Sounds like someone has a cool new toy that may help us understand clusters better. Its called MRN (Magnetic Resonance Neurography) and it shows things that MRI can't. In the link above, it was used to study sciatica. Most doctors believed that sciatica was from a pinched disk, but this often didn't show up on a standard MRI. Using the new MRN technology, they were able to show that many cases of sciatica are due to a pinched nerve in the hip or buttocks, not a disc problem. Better understanding led to better treatment. Would like to see what a cluster attack looks like in a MRN movie.

I agree. Besides, I'd love to see what one of my attacks "looks like" from the inside. Kris

I'd like to see that as well. Question is could you hold still long enough to actually get the pics during an attack? Can you imagine being strapped down to a horizontal surface during an attack? I mean, if it would help I would be willing to try, but damn...

Oh Gator - for the good of science and the future of successful cluster treatment - you could do it! Kris
