Prednisone and the sleeping issue

I've been taking Prednisone for about ten years now during the "cycles" and found if I take it about 8 hours before I goto bed I don't get that pounding in my ears from my heart and have no problem sleeping. I've talked with other suffers and it also works for them. ByteMe
