Anyone have suscessful experience in treating prolonged "shadow" symptoms? I have major unilateral nasal congestion that causes persistent discomfort? Verapamil does not seem to handle it. Any ideas welcomed?

You may want to get it checked and be sure it isn't an inflamed or infected sinus. That can trigger CH, too.
