My insurance (Aetna HMO) covered everything. I've got 8 tanks downstairs right now. They bring me more whenever I give them empties.

Last cluster I had HealthNet insurance. They covered 5 E tanks and a regulator. The tanks were refilled as needed. Doc gave me a prescription for the non-rebreather mask so the insurance covered that too.

My insurance, Blue cross Blue shied (via cobra) only pays about 5 dollars on every bill. They say it’s durable medical equipment not a prescription. (Even though I have a prescription for it and had to show it to my supplier in order to get o2) So now I owe my supplier about a thousand dollars. BCBS says if I got it from a pharmacy they would cover it as a prescription. Where in the hell can you get o2 from a pharmacy? My supplier is not going to keep filling orders for me soon so I need to figure something out
