Let me see if I get this right: We have a condition whose origins are unknown, whose effects treat each of us differently, and we're supposed to take the prednisone panacea whose actions on the synapse is also unknown? I guess so b/c this stuff works every time. Typically vie for the 'Medpack' of 80mg tapering straight down to 0 and by the 2nd pill there is a clear and definite change in how the old noggin feels. It's as if normally 2 gears are out of sync and this stuff just pops them back into place. Even if is only for a week, I wanne be REAL BOY! Someone pass the milk nots

Prednisone - "Breakfast of Champions!" I'm episodic and my latest cycle began last week. I'm taking Pred for breakfast each day - stuff makes me hyper and taking it first thing each day helps keep the insomnia down. But, the stuff works for me. Ah, fresh java and Prednisone to greet the day ... Tomorrow I start tapering my dosage ... keeping my fingers crossed that the Verapamil has kicked in enough! -John
