Started 6 mg of melatonin about 3 weeks ago although I am not in cycle.
Been getting some really restfull sleep. No REM at all.
I kind of miss the recurring one with me and Carmen Elecktra though. How can I get that one back? THOMAS?

They use doses of 25mg for optimal dream experience, I reccomend using that much only on a Friday night and having nothing to do on the next Saturday. As far as Carmen, goes, I'll go un-chain her from my basement, she'll be on the next Greyhound.

I'm on the Melatonin, too. Started the other night with 3mg. Worked great, last night did 3mg, dreamt my ass off and had a CH. Going to 6mg tonight and will see what happens.

Yeah, I remember more dreams when using melatonin. 3 mg will do it for me, but if your really hard headed, it might take a bit more. . . (ducking).
