Oxygen mask question

It has been a long time since I have posted. I found this place about three years ago and thanks to it and what I learned about oxygen and imitrex here, my life has been somewhat normal for those three years. My question is: Why the rebreather mask? I have been using a full face mask (nose and mouth) for the past three years and it has worked but, if the rebreather is better I'll go get one. Could someone explain why the rebreather is better. Thanks

Tannero It is the OPPOSITE you need. A NON-rebreather mask. The reason for this is that to have the abortive effect the body needs to be flooded with 100% oxygen. If you use a normal mask you "rebreath" exhaled co2 as well as oxygen. Wendy
