I know I have not posted for a long time was waitting to see how my treatments went before I said anything. I am a chronic CH have been for many years I would have as many as 10 aday ( not the little pangs, but the full blown, day and night ). I live in the Tampa,Fl. area and was lucky enough to be sent to the Tampa General Hospital Rehabilation Outpatient Clinic for Neurology and Headache clinic. There I met Dr.Gibson, this man was up on CH and knew about OUCH and the research on CH. He started me on Verapmil with Pred. along with o2 and zomig and imitrex. Now i take 640 mg of verapmil dailey and have been pf for about 6 months. Yes I still get a shadow or 2 now and then but the zomig works there. I have had tests to make sure my heart is ok with this dose and everything is fine( heart specalist said to stay with Verapmil it is not hurting me ). I know this is long but just had to let you all know Life is Good for the first time in almost 45 years. I can live an almost normal life and enjoy the things I couldn't in the past. I say thank you for all of your support in the past. Mustang

Good to hear that things are going well. Gives other people hope. I do have one question. It is taught to all who suffer this not to mix triptans. I take it you suffer no ill effects with the zomig (zolmitriptan) and imitrex (sumitriptan) mixture? Not being picky, actually interested. Gator

I don't mix zomig or imitrex. I have both in case I run out of one I have the other. I do have to wait 24 hours before using one or the other. I have o2 in between. Mustang
