Attention ALL psilocybin participants

ClusterBusters is making a new survey available to everyone that has used the psilocybin treatment. We have been collecting this information from everyone that is a member of Clusterbusters.
We would appreciate the help and support of everyone else that has tried this treatment. The data collected is very important for the work being done at Harvard with regards to the clinical trials. As always, the information is essential for this study whether you had a successful, partially successful, or unsuccessful outcome.
We have collected well over 100 reports from people that have tried the treatment. All those reports have been assigned a case history number that I previously posted as a list on this section of the message board. I will "bump" the thread with numbers so everyone can check to see if they have had a number already assigned. If you know your number, please use it on the survey form. If you do not know your number, or would like to have one assigned before you fill it out, please write me at pinkfloyd_fan44@hotmail.com
We need your help on this project. When I say "we," I mean everyone that suffers from clusters or will suffer from clusters in the future. As you know, a person’s entire family suffers from clusters when one person is afflicted with them.
If you have completed the databases at Clusterbusters, we have the information asked for on this new survey. You should still complete this new form as it combines the information from all the different databases into one form. We will be able to tabulate results and cross-referenced findings, more easily.
Anyone that has completed the erowid survey, thank you, but we would also appreciate your help on this one as it asks for additional information that will be very helpful. This inforamtion is vital for writing the protocol for the study. This information is also being compiled for work being done with other governmental agencies and additional issues related to the end goals of finding first an effective treatment for all, and an eventual cure.

For those of you that have been waiting for the Quality of Life Impact Survey, it should be available at the Clusterbusters website very shortly. NECH decided not to do the survey because, from what I was told, it required too much red tape for them at this time. Clusterbusters eats red tape for breakfast (I’m beginning to get a red glow about me) and have designed/written the survey due to it's importance in not only the Harvard study, but the studies and trials that will follow. It is in final edit and being formatted for the website now. I will post here when it is available. It (the QoL) is for everyone to fill out, whether you used the psilocybin treatment or not. A letter to everyone on my mailing list, and the post, will explain more fully its importance and uses.
