The monster has finally taken over. I only get relief with Imitrex and oxygen. Question is, I'm taking one shot of Imitrex through the inhaler each night. Is this too often. My doctor didn't tell me. Also, I wake up early each morning. Is this a side effect of the Imitrex? RJ

Sorry to hear about your current battle with the beast. It is my understanding that two doses 12 hours apart is acceptable. Good luck MYNM156

I have used 4-6 20mg imitrix nasal spray a day for years. I have noticed it did cause me to have anxiety problems but other than that it works wonderful.
