Need Cheap Amerge Is there Such a Thing?

 4:30 am this morning made a trip to my friendly emergency room cause I am stubborn and stupid and did not have my O2 script filled on time and had a class 10 banger! Oh by the way I have 3 Stooges Insurance that doesn't cover that particular hospital. So now I was double screwed.
My main point of this message is......money....my meds are killin' me. I recently found Amerge in Canada for about $13.50 a tablet as here is the States it can run anywhere from $17-20 a tab.
Anyone know how to get the stuff cheapo?
I have heard that if you walk right over the boarder into Mexico, with your US prescriptions, there are very reputable pharmacies right before you get into Tijuana. Anyone ever had an experience buying meds over the boarder or have any suggestions? I need this stuff at an affordable price.
I am following a fellow sufferer's advice about COQ10 and magnesium but I need a stash of my Glaxo Miracle Drug

I live in Texas . . .I'm not the clusterhead, but I do take medication (will for the rest of my life) . . .and I go to Mexico. I am able to buy 6 months of my medication for less than one month of US prices WITH insurance . . .I don't take a script with me, I do take the bottles . . and I looked up the names in Spanish. miapet
edit: my husband doesn't use any scripts, other than his o2, so I can't tell you the price of the meds in question.
2nd edit: I have a website for a pharmacia (at home, on laptop), which lists prices, if anyone is interested, I can post it tonight.

There was a discussion here about a month ago about ordering imitrex from India. It was way less expensive than the US. Don't know if sumatriptan naratriptan (amerge) is available from that source at a nice price.

Oops - my bad. It's been a few years since I used triptans. I crossed out sumatriptan and replaced it with naratriptan in the post.

No prob  When I did my research internship at Jefferson Headache Center last summer, the med students there called me "drug girl" because I could rattle off brand and generic names for virtually all commonly used preventives and abortives. My mom calls me "rain man" cuz I do the same thing with phone numbers. hehe It's one of those rather useless skills that my brain seems to have developed.

It's not a useless skill, Lizzie. Having a good memory gives you an advantage. And if nothing else, you can go to Vegas and count cards.

If you are tight on $$$ you may want to give Baclofen a shot. I had an allergic reaction to it the first time I tried it, but was fine the second course.
10mg 3x daily supposedly has fairly decent success terminating a cycle after a week or two.
A full months supply is under $20.
