this may have been posted before, if so sorry for the repeat. but has anyone heard of or tried a product called sinus buster nasal spray? if so, does it work? and how closely related to imitrex and migranol is it? for those of you that have idea what im talking about the website is www.sinusbuster.com the website claims it works wonders on migranes and clusters and improves on vascular constriction (blood flow to the brain) any thoughts? ----Nathan

Discussed extensively elsewhere on this board. Not related to imitrex at all. Capsaicin from hot peppers can deplete substance P, as can some compounds from ginger.

ok, i checked the archives and from what i gathered this is basically like sniffing red pepper! this doesnt sound like a good thing to do to a brain that has been abused enough by chs, can anyone tell me anything POSITIVE about this idea?
