So it's that time of year again.. Spring - when everything is in bloom, the bees are buzzing, the trees are starting to get green, the wind is a gentle breeze. Unfortunately for me, it is also the time when the rought beast is sloughing to be reborn, with a gaze truly as pityless as the sun. Mars 30th it came round at last. Last nite I beat it down though. I don't know if this works for everybody, probably not, but last nite I felt the tingling in my temple and my left nostril started clogging up. This is a sure sign of Uh-oh! 3 minutes later it was flaring. I did something I remembered worked once before, before the pain got to bad, to even do anything but run around the livingroom table. I went and put on a strong pot of coffee, voilá! After 2 cups the beast was beaten and sloughed back to whatever hell it came from. This cure has a drawback since I wasn't able to sleep until 4 in the morning. But what the hell, I feel that I have some control at least. If you haven't tried this before, I highly reccomend it. Maybe it works for you to...  Grin OH if you are in for a laugh, check out this website: http://www.reliefzone.com/headaches.html
It's only your bloodvessels and your muscles stupid! Get a massage! Man! Some ppl should be injected with Cluster once and made to try out they're own socalled cure. It really pisses me off!

Coffee is my best friend as well. As a chronic I use for the vaso-constrictive properties and have been known to drink 6 cups a day depending on the shadows.

Hope your episode ends soon and if you haven't seen it, I'd strongly recommend clusterbusters.com. Apparently the episodics do far better than the damned. (chronics)
