Important message about shrooms

The clusterbusters website is very large and as some have termed it, contains "information overload" for good reason. Some people seem to be willing to jump into this treatment without doing the amount of research that is NECESSARY prior to taking this step. Would you walk out of your doctor's office with a large bottle of pills and no idea how to take them, when to take them, how many to take, what side effects you might expect, what side effects to watch out for?? Would you expect or want him to give you a prescription without knowing what other medications you are currently taking and for what reasons? Do they only ask you what you are taking for your headaches and not care if you're taking medications for other problems? Do you want him to tell you if you need to taper off a medication or can stop it cold? Do you think they want a complete history for a reason? Please do not just eat a handful of mushrooms and THEN start asking questions. If you wouldn't just start eating topamax, why would you do so with mushrooms? Please take the time to read the entire website at clusterbusters and everything else you can find on the subject. After you have read the site...ask MORE questions. The reason there is so much information at the site is because there is so much you need to know BEFORE you even consider trying the treatment. I studied the subject for a YEAR before I tried it. If you are currently taking medications, you should consult your doctor before stopping them. If you read the website, you will find out that there are some people that should NOT use them. It's your body, your health, your life. Just because you can buy Imitrex off the street and it does help a lot of people, that does not mean you should just buy it and start injecting it into your body. Please......be smart....be informed. Hey Pink, I think you could make a killer living writing warning labels. I think that's the best one I've ever read. ..Mark..

It took me a year to reach my descision to treat with fungus. I did not take it or any other treatment lightly. I did constant reasearch and asked many, many questions BEFORE dosing, which by the way has been TREMENDOUSLY successful. There is work involved in this process.....good post PF.... Thanks, Mark

Heartfelt post and I appreciate you taking the time! The problem with warning labels IS that nobody reads them! Wee suggestion ... use numbered lists to make your points easier to follow BTW - I do eat Dopeymax by the handful. And Trex - yup, I shoot that up every other day. I wish I didn't have to, but I guess I have to "do my time" like everyone else, eh?
