All of the reports we have gathered to date (through the earlier efforts of Ueli and a great deal of work by tommyD) have been assigned a case history file number. These case histories and those that will follow are being forwarded to Dr. Halpern for review.
It would be very beneficial if all future reports, either new reports or updates such as the efficacy of maintenence doses include this number.
I would assume that since these reports were posted on a public board, the posters would not have a problem with this information being sent to Dr. Halpern.
All the stories have been edited to include an annonymous name other than your screen name here.
If your name appears on the following list and you would prefer the data NOT be sent to Dr. Halpern at Harvard, please write to me directly and I will remove your information.
Below you will find a list of screen names and its assigned number. Please review the list. If you post any new reports, please include your case history number in the header. (ie, "shrooms broke my cycle CH#196) or (shrooms didn't help CH#324).
If you have not used this treatment yet and plan to at a later date, please write to me (or tommyD) directly and ask for a number to be assigned after you have begun the treatment but prior to posting any results.
(If you don't, it's ok, we'll assign you a number but it would help)
If you have used this treatment but have never posted your results, but would still like your information (successful or not) included in the research, please write to me directly. We will keep everything in confidence and forward the information with an annonymous name and number. You can send your report in email or I will furnish you with a snail-mail address to send it to.
If you have recently begun the treatment, your name may not yet appear on the list if you haven't reported your final outcome. If you have any questions about being on the list, write to me and ask.
If you have several reports or will be posting more later, you will not have to get another number assigned. All reports should be filed under the same case history report number. One person, one file.
If we missed anyone, don't feel bad....it's been very difficult with sorting through different screen names from different groups, several different email handles, changing nicknames from the old message board to the new etc.....just drop me a line and we'll get it straight. Thats the purpose of this post.

Hi, just a couple of corrections for you.
#21, I assume is supposed to be Margi's husband Mike? the dates are right for the last time he tried it. Forgive me if there's another Margi - I have no idea who Dyesald is.....?
You should probably delete #'s 11 and 17, as they are duplicates of a previous case and all refer to the same sufferer. Email me at moxie_miss@hotmail.com if you need further details.
