Just started using the night time Varapamil. It seems to work better and no daytime side effects or normal headaches. I take 100 mg time released and there is also a 250 mg if you need more. So far its working .I will keep my fingers crossed. No real bad Clusters for a week or so. Poke. Miles and miles of smiles Just thought I would mention..... in case someone else would like to try it.

Were you on the instant? I read that the instant is better than the sustained, so I had my Doc give me that. Was a bitch to get filled... the Pharm kinda said 'nobody gets that anymore'. Had to special order it. Should I change to the sustained at the next prescription? Rock

I am on the PM as well. Just watch out for the stupid heartburn. OMG. It may not happen to you. I have been taking it for the last 2 weeks and only 2 HA's in that time(knock on wood) It seems to work great and I am going to give it another month to work then going to ease off of it.

Should I change to the sustained at the next prescription? Rock [/quote] I would not think you should change. I was taking the regular varapamil 80 mg bid. It made my head hurt like you know.......the normal kind of headache so he just wanted me to try the timerelease and its working ok. I am just to sencitive to drugs anyway. Best wishes to you.
