When you first started to take varapimil?

How long before your body started to become Imune to it and it stoped working? Right now it seems to be doing the trick only had 2 HA's since I started, compared to one every night. I was taking Medrol dose pack and that lasted about 2 tries then nothing. also Vioxx, 800mg Motrin, Benedryl. All of which are no longer effective.
Im just wondering how long the varapimil will work and then have to switch to something else.

I got up to 480mg daily and it never did seem to do much for me to begin with except constipate me...but that's just me.

I know people personally who have been taking it for several years and it is still working. The experts suggest taking a break from it every few years though
