Verapamil Question?

Years ago Verapamil was the first drug to work I thought I was cured but they came back after a couple of years then I tried Lithium, Prednisone etc. with no complete sucess. Finally went back on Verapamil along with inderal this worked for about four years and now they are back. I have been takeing Nician and Aciphex don't know if this trigered them but headaches are a side effect of those meds any how have been off of them for five days and CHs are not getting any better. I read some where that the body builds up a torlance to Verapmil, have any of you had that experience and after we are off a while will it begin to work again. One other quick note juat read in NHF news letter they are having pretty good sucess with a drug called Topiramate. Thanks Scooter

Go over to the General Posts section and scroll down to the title Verapamil and Lithium Cocktail.
It's doesn't answer your concern about tolorance but there’s some information there that might help you.
