Just wanted to know if anyone's tried it and if so does it work? Local osteopath quotes 'all neurological problems can be improved or cured including headaches'. Not sure if this includes CH.

I don't know about Osteopathy but I can tell you about Chiropractors.
I was looking in my old diaries the other day and for the first time noticed that usually towards the end of a cluster I have some chiroprators appointments due to a lower back spasm.
I had never connected the two until the other day.
This time round same again back goes in the last weeks of cluster so I go to the Chiropractor. This time a different one than my usual who takes a different approach and it's amazing. I am probably coming to the end of this cluster anyway but an interesting thing happened at my last visit.
A couple of hours before the appointment I had a CH come on which I controlled with 1 cafergot tab and some O2. It was one of those that doesn't go off properly and leaves you with a dull ache.
I told the Chiro and she made some adjustments to my neck which made a loud cracking sound (I wish I could do that myself, I feel as though it would help during a CH) with that my sinuses cleared and so did the dull ache. Amazing.
I'm not saying that CH is curable by a Chiropractor but I think the mechanism that delivers the pain can be made to 'relax', as at the end of the day our central nervous system lives in our spines and if that is slightly out, then?
Give it a try, it's not cheap but it could help.
PS I do not recommend a McTimoney style of Chiripractor, they are a bit like the Homeopathic version. I found the more conventional type to be much better for me.
