Hello everyone,
I've suffered from CH for about 2 1/2 years now.
As many of you have, I've tried everything!
What helps me and might help others are the following:
-Right when I feel the pain starting, I drink some mint tea. No sugar, no milk if possible and make sure it's very very hot.
-The other thing I use is a vaporiser. The type that has steam coming out of it. I put Vicks Inhalant in the compartment and put my face about 10 inches from it. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. It helps if I can do it befor the CH is on FULL MODE.
My headaches are daily and have seriously increased as far as the pain go.
They usually occur between 11:00pm and 3:00am. Last saturday night I've had one that lasted 2 hours.
It was unreal. The pain kept increasing and would not stop. I ended up crying like a baby feeling so helpless and fell asleep from exhaustion.
My wife is extremely patient and helpful when it happens. She's massaged my back a few times and often it did help.
I'm now seeing a chiropractor who thinks he can help.
He said that if I suffered from migraines he could get rid of them, but apparently he can only "try to help" relieve some of the pain. We'll see....
I'll keep you posted.

All of them think they can help. None of them will say, "no, this is not gonna help at all...go ahead and keep your money."
