melatonin question

 hi I have been using melatonin 12 mg for two months now and it works quite well, at least as well as verampamiel did.What I would like to know is there someone that uses verampamiel and melatonin together and at what dosage. By the way my speach problem has dissapeard since I stoped taking verampamiel.

240 mg Verapamil and 12 mg Meletonin for about 2 months. I'm not taking either now though ( It didn't help )

Yes, I used both together which seemed to end my last cycle early. I was at 360mg verapamil with 9mg melatonin at night. This level seemed to help me the most with no side effects.

I'm on Verapamil (240 x 2)...I tried Melatonin (3mg) for the first time last night. I slept better, but it was a PITA getting up this morning. Gonna stay with it for a while, I'll post the results...

thanks for the feedback. I shal try comboning verampamiel with melatonin. As I am a cronick I hope to have more than two or three painfree days.

Chronic here, verapamil SR 240mg twice a day and 0.5mg melatonin at bedtime, get one or sometimes two CH a month which O2 or Imitrex handle.

chroni at the moment I get hit 3 to 4 times a week 2 to 4 times a day use imigran 2 to 3 times. Somehow I dont get shadows or smaler attacks with melatonin.
I have started to take verampamiel 160 2 x dayly in combination with melatonin 12mg at night yesterday
