I'm episodic and haveeen waiting to see Dr. Richard Black in Dallas, supposeldy a headache god. he had a cancellation and I see him this afternoon. They are extremely well-regarded and hard to get into. Ironically I started melatninn a couple months ago and my pain is gone but figured WTF, I'll see this guy anyway. Any suggestions?

jflynn, how did your visit go? I found myself in the same situation, seeing a neuro HA specialist about a month or so after starting melatonin. I told him I felt a little silly being there with almost no CH, he disagreed. How did your guy react?

No, it's not a headache--it's a Stage Ten Primary Chronic Periodic Idiopathic Trigeminovascular Cephalalgic Crisis.
