have been tapring off from 360 to none the last month and my fear came true: I feel it's coming back, the last week had some shadows, cycle should be over in three months so guess that makes me chronic... anyone else had the same when tapering off?

Doesn't mean you are chronic, have hope, start over with some new meds/dosages that you are familiar with. We are here for your support. Gregg in Las Vegas

I'm going to start tapering from 240mg to 160mg starting tomorrow night, Nov 1st. Will be 10 days or so, since I have had a CH. So think it's time to test the waters as I don't enjoy being on medications, too many side effects to caution of. Just curious, if you are going to increase your Verap, how long does it typically take for that "increase of dosage" to be of benefit? I have 80mg tablets and also 120 mg tablets, both are immediate release form. Gregg in Las Vegas

Not ready for the shrooms yet, cooked brain? Seems you can have them whine continuing low level Verapamil. (though for a big bang effect no meds is best.) Besides, you were going to call me?
