Hey yah'll, I found a Dr. in my area who suffers from CH! He put me on a Blood Pressure med called Ziac. Within an hour I was feeling 100% better. I still have visits from the beast, but it is a lot smaller monster and I am down from several a day to maybe 1 a week! I have been able to start working part time. Hope somebody can use this. RJ

Well, bisoprolol is a beta blocker and as such it can be helpful for migraines but usually not for CH. Thomas

"Normally" it takes much longer for a preventative to work than one hour as well. BP medication most commonly used for CH are calcium channel blockers. Beta blockers are for meegraines as previously stated by Tom.
