Narrowing down the triggers

Howdy!

With the help of my wife, we've been able to nail some triggers of my CH's.  I thought I'd share it with folks because I believe we're all very uniquely affected.

Heavy exercise - Running
I have found that running will trigger a CH for me.  I realize that some folks use exercise as a form of treatment; for me, no dice!

I believe the issue is that my body's temperature rise triggers the CH.

Workaround
I have taken to swimming.  I can workout just as hard and the water keeps my body from overheating.

I could also try aquajogging, but for now I'll stick with the swimming.

Alcohol
I typically have one 12oz beer with my dinner.  If I have one beer, it seems to trigger a CH.

Workaround
Abstain from drinking until the CH's are in remission

Sex
Well, amazing as it may seem, it would appear that sex may trigger CH's.  I was willing to live with that!  Heh heh but my wfie said no-mas until the CH's are over.  sigh  So no masterbation, no sex, no nothing.

My what purdy lips you have there - Pablo's comments to a bovine in the next pasture over

Workaround
Ice cold showers, thinking of my grandma and reading technical manuals.

Hi Pablo,
Here is a good HA diary to help with the trigger tracking. Good luck!
