Long time sufferer, first time poster. I have dealt with CH for about 15 or so years and I had always thought them inevitable, but I have come across something that will arrest a headache if it is caught early enough. It is useless once you reach the eye-watering, hair-pulling stage, but it is something to try.
Take a cup of water, not necessarily a measured cup, a coffee mug will do, add a good sized table spoon of apple cider vinegar and then nuke for about 30 seconds. Not too hot. Then turn it up and drink it as fast as you can. In a few minutes, my headache is gone.
I hope that it will be effective for some of you. Please let me know. Thanks.
