I just heard from 2 different druggists that said Imatrex is being discontinued in Canada, Its a long weekend here and as I am almost running out(poor planning on my part) I travelled all over the city looking for drug stores lthat have some in stock, I did manage to find 4 injections but was both told me that the injection will no longer be available and that something else is coming out  to replace it.
Does anyone have any info on this?  I sure owuld like to get any info possible ,Ive looked at the GlaxoWellcome Web Site but couldnt find any info.

 Thanks for the help

I asked my pharmacist today when I refilled my trex.  He said he had not heard anything like that.  It's a major moneymaker for them, so I can't seem them biting the hand that feeds.

Just saw another Druggist and a Dr and they both said that Imatrex Injections are discontinued in Canada so he gave me another prescription and told me to hunt around to find some , I have a referral to a Neuro to see asap so will ask him whats up.

The druggist I saw called the wharehouse and they confirmed that it was discontinued...
They better have a room in the looney bin if I cant get more ...
I have been paying about $40.00 Canadian per shot .
