If you live in the south, just buy a cow!  Wink
It's kinda crazy - I have known people to just "dump it all in a bucket" and they grew just fine, me personally - I tried to grow them in plastic storage bins and had no luck@all! (i was in a basement apt which might have been part of the problem, mold spores, etc)
might just have to experiment to find what works for you - one idea though.
You can use your spore syringe to "innoculate" a sterile container of 10%malted barley and 90%distilled water. This will grow into a batch of "mycellium" water that you can use to start new crops once your spores are gone!!!

O tanner! AS IF!! I can do pretty good idiot imitations from time to time - should've seen me last week!
Anyway not wishing to negate michael's useful input, I'd like to suggest you stick to the EASY PFtek. Vermiculite and brown rice flour is the easiest way to go about this and as you now have a PC AND a chilly bin you WILL NOT get contams!

is the link. You really can't go wrong - after all I did it and I'm a bricklayer! (Mind you brikkis can surprise........)

Also check out the mycotopia site - there's a lot of info there. You'll find answers to most questions in their archives. Let me know if you need a link but google should find it for you.
If I lived where syringes were an option I'd use that system;  making them from prints is not difficult but there is more chance of contams if you allow air in to the syringe, - nah - go for the pre-packed syringes.
Cubensis B+ seems easy to grow here and gives results.
Most of the spore shops seem to be back on line. Check out mycotopia for news on that. They also have a message board.
Good luck tanner. You need a break and this just might do it for you. You might have to be persistent however as your ha have been persistent for some time. Please don't expect one dose to do the trick - you might be lucky but it'll probably take several weeks/months of treatment.
Let me know if I can help - any time.
Wishing you happy fungus fingers
